I liken this carefree, fun-loving bohemian elopement photoshoot to a beautiful painting. This photographic masterpiece was set against the sun-drenched rocks and beach of Burleigh, Gold Coast.
The colour palette in natural earthy tones was harmonious with the organic styling. The fresh, dried and colour died flora, a delicious vegan platter, the whimsical wedding dress, and the groom’s attire, the final brushstrokes, vividly showcase the scene; the love between the models, the warmth of the sun, the sand on their skin, the ocean brushing up again their body, with every wave, brought the canvas to life.
Our very own fun-loving bohemian photographer, Dani, has dreamt of this shoot to become reality for some time, and with the help of other Gold Coast wedding industry professionals, who were only too happy to join in, helped capture the essence of Josh and Kendel and the love they exude for each other.
Kavitha was the perfect Gold Coast wedding dress chosen for this bridal shoot. The cathedral tulle angel wings, fitted beaded, cropped lace corset, gathered layers of floaty lace, and satin skirts, suited Kendell’s athletic silhouette and personality, allowing her inner beauty to shine through and compliment her natural external beauty.
Josh, who is also a professional musician and songwriter, brought out his guitar and serenaded Kendel, which lead to the sexy and sultry water scenes, just on sunset.
A perfect way to finish a bohemian elopement bridal shoot – lit candles, with the moon in the distance background.
