Come See Helena Couture Designs At Austinvilla Open Day, This Sunday.

Austinvilla Wedding Open Day
Sunday 7th February 2021
10.00am -3.00pm

Austinvilla Estate, 31 Austinville Road, Mudgeeraba, QLD 4213

Austinvilla Estate may have only opened around six years ago, as a wedding venue, but it has already won the hearts of many bridal couples, looking at getting married.  Tucked in amongst one hundred and eleven glorious acres of meandering lush green hills, running streams, and natural bushland, even the Australian wildlife love living there.

As soon as you enter through the front gates, you feel as if all your worries have lifted off your shoulders and you have been transported much further away, than the seven minutes it takes from Mudgeeraba, to get there.

With onsite accommodation, from the wedding pavilion to an incredibly unique room with a view from their treehouse; a swimming pool, tennis courts, and chapel, you will never be left wanting more.

Let us not forget their delicious on-site catering, cooked up in the kitchen, from the head chef Gareth and his team.  His food is mouth-watering and the wedding cake we were able to eat after the shoot, was seriously one of the most delicious wedding cakes I have eaten.

Also, with an on-site beauty salon run by Jenna Leigh and Nicole, the bridal party have nothing to worry about, when it comes time for their hair and makeup on their wedding day.  The hair and makeup for all our models on the three bridal shoots were flawless.

The bridal bouquets and buttonholes from Pollinate Gold Coast and MTS Floristry were blooming beautiful.  So fresh and perfect, styled uniquely different for each shoot.

Ryan from Black Jacket Suiting was awesome too, supplying all the males, with suits that fitted superbly.  He was also fine with us getting that water shot, which left the clothing drenched and the models freezing, due to that time of year, but the images were worth it, hands down.

Even though I have not yet stayed there overnight, the few times I have been there, I have still felt the special effects, Austinvilla has to offer.

I was fortunate enough to organise these three styled bridal shoots, in July last year, not long after the end of the COVID-19 lockdown and its tight restrictions, with group gatherings. Working on a shoot, for the first time in many months, with some of Austinvilla’s talented wedding vendors, was so rewarding. We all love what we do with a passion and we were excited to get back to work and these bridal shoots were our way to express what had been quashed for several months prior, due to COVID-19. It felt liberating.

Looking back at these images still leaves me speechless.  Organising these beautiful bridal shoots, was a way I hoped to move forward, towards a positive future, in the hopes that the worst was behind us and we could all move forward to a brighter, happier wedding industry.

I hope you enjoy the journey as much as we all did and I look forward to showcasing some of our wedding dresses, this Sunday at Austinvilla’s Wedding Open Day.
