We were thrilled to have created an inspiring wedding dress as part of this romantic, bohemian-styled wedding photoshoot in Gold Coast. Planning and styling were by the fabulous Magnolia Studios, and the stage was set with a star-covered canopy. This gentle, relaxed, romantic setting was filled with light and was cleverly decorated with bamboo furniture.
The lush, almost magically perfect setting was Mason Wines in the Tamborine Mountains. Nature’s beguiling colour palette proving, yet again, that it is the ultimate backdrop. Rolling hills, giant trees, and valleys of gnarled vines tell a story of journeys and generations.
The beautifully interpreted scope was implemented by an inspiring collective of Gold Coast wedding suppliers. The flowers by Ola mixed delicate dried elements with luxurious ivory tones and beautiful, blush roses. The layered textures were a stroke of genius.
Magnolia Studios’ light and natural styling included a pop-up bar with rose artwork, providing a fun and informal, yet pretty, element. A Gelato Social bike served the mouth-watering gelato and added to the feeling of a gathering in the name of love and fun rather than one of formal pomp and circumstance.
This is a fabulous, fun and joy-filled environment. The model bride looked stunning in the handcrafted dress we created. The vision we were asked to interpret was of a contemporary, relaxed, yet elegant bride. We softened the refined haute couture with layers of ethereal, delicate lacework. The result of craftsmanship and visionary design was a free-spirited elegance, capturing the day’s essence of Joie de vie. The perfect hair and makeup by Kendall Jayde complemented the wedding dress and was appropriately lacking in fussiness.
Atomic Butterfly Photography and Kimberly Jane Photography digitised the day’s spirited, laughter-filled, perfect moments.
With cheeks aching from smiling and laughter, everyone was treated to sweet treats by Whisk By Sarah, delicious cuisine by Pretty Little Picnics, and cans of wine from Small Things Wine. The styling was thorough, down to the finest detail. It was a fully immersive experience and has raised the bar for future weddings.
